Peak Power Systems opened its doors in Folsom, California in 1986, decades before "PSPS" was in the vocabulary of any Sacramento-area homeowner. Founder Frank Peak — a Vietnam-era Navy electrician — started the company after seeing rural Placer County families lose power for days at a time during winter storms, with no reliable backup solution available locally. Forty years later, the company is still family-owned. Frank's son Marcus runs day-to-day operations, and the same "installed right, or we come back until it is" ethic still drives every job.

We've completed more than 1,200 Generac installations across Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, and Nevada counties.
